From hobby to profession, I started my first pilates class in 2014, just to get healthier and have fun. Years after years, my passion with pilates has been growing until I decided to pursue my journey as an instructor. I completed my training with BASI (Body Arts and Science International) Comprehensive Global Program in Singapore. And has continued to deeper my knowledge in pre/post-natal workshop and posture analysis in Bangkok. Despite age, gender, or fitness background, I believe Pilates is all about body awareness, control, and balance. It is a challenging and progressive method where mindful movement can lead to better posture, self-discovery, pain reliefs, and countless health benefits.
