The instructor will guide you through the session and offer modifications to suit your fitness level. Don’t worry if you’re new – our classes are beginner-friendly.

How often should I practice Pilates and yoga to see results?

For best results, aim to practice Pilates and yoga 2-3 times a week. This consistency will help you build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being. However, even one class per week can provide benefits and be a great start.

Is it okay to mix Pilates and yoga classes?

  • Yoga: Promotes relaxation, improves balance, increases flexibility, and supports mental clarity and stress relief.
